Response Time :

After you have purchased software from us we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Sometimes this can be within a couple of minutes (even at weekends!). Please bear in mind that occasionally payment notification emails can get delayed, either within Plimus or Paypal but also within our or your own email systems.
If you purchase a product with an Instant Download via Plimus then you should receive the notification email from Plimus within one minute.

Instant Downloads

When purchasing via Plimus some products are available with an Instant Download, the address of the download will be presented to you at the end of the purchase.

Attachments :

When you purchase software that is delivered as an attachment please ensure that the email address you supply can accept the attachment.
If you wish the software to be sent to another email address then please inform us before purchase. We would prefer to do this than handle bounced emails and complaints of stripped attachments.

Registration keys :

When you purchase software that requires a registration key then the key will be contained within our email response to your purchase. It will be something like:
